Increase in spiking incidents | PalTV Reports

PalTV reports on the increase in spiking incidents across Durham. This special report contains testimonies from students who have personally experienced spiking and what happened to them. PalTV also highlights a from the police on the issue, as well as the reported problem of students not being able to get tests at local hospitals.
