Preview: The Bald Prima Donna

1 December 2011
Before there was Ricky Gervais there was Chris Morris.  Before Chris Morris there was Monty Python.  And before Monty Python there was Eugene Ionesco.  Bringing you an absurd, mad, clever mix of language and physical comedy we present to you The Bald Prima Donna.
Join us in the living room of the couple Smith, seemingly a normal yet very English couple living in the suburbs of London.  They are joined by the Martins, a couple who have forgotten they were married.  It makes for a rather awkward introduction as they slowly realise they have a daughter together.  A Fire chief also pops round to see if there are any fires to put out but is sadly disappointed and the maid is at the cinema but may turn up and tell some poetry.
The Bald Prima Donna is showing in St John’s College Chapel at 7:30 on the 6th, 7th and 8th December.  Come and see it, you may learn why a haddock in a paddock is better than  a crab in a lab.
